Hi,
My site is built on Enfold 2.6.2 with WordPress 3.9.1
If I upgrade Enfold to latest version will it still work with the older version of WordPress ?
Will I lose any page information / settings with the upgrade of Enfold ?
Is there a way of upgrading but having the old enfold version available in case i need to roll back ?
I may look at upgrading wordpress at a later date.
Hey mloizou!
You cannot have two Enfold’s installed at the same time, that would cause problems. Latest version of Enfold 3.1.1 is fully compatible with the latest version of WordPress. But since you are going to update from a very old version, you may need to re-configure some options/elements such as header – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/
Best regards,

Hi!
WordPress 3.9 compatibility starts with Enfold 2.6.3. It is recommended to update both WordPress and the theme to the latest version.
You can create a testing environment – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and check if updating affects anything
