I have been a customer since 22/06/13 and during this time I have always been able to download updated profiles for Enfold. Lately I cannot.
I bought the template from themeforest.
Please assist in fixing this issue quickly.

Can you please elaborate? What exactly is the issue? If you are not able to download the file from ThemeForest, you may have reached file download limit – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821300-How-many-times-can-I-download-a-purchased-item-

Hi Yigit,
I would like to download the update 3.1 but I am not able to.
I have maybe re-downloaded the file 3-4 times due to lack of know on websites… but apart from that I haven’t downloaded anywhere near 50.
I can no longer even see enfold in the themeforest downloads folder.
Could it be the case that the original Enfold profile was deleted on themeforest and a newer version uploaded? Could that cause this issue?
