    I just installed WordPress (multisite) freshly onto a new subdirectory and uploaded all the Enfold files via FTP and activated Enfold theme.

    However, I have tried clicking on “Import Demo” of the default demo file within the WP dashboard and get a message that says, “Alright, Sparky! The import worked out no problem whatsoever!” and clicked “Save and Activate” but no matter how many times I do it and even clearing the browser cache, the demo site does not load. I still get the plain empty page.

    Please help!

    Hello again,

    I have tried deleting all the files from the host, extracting anew and uploading again via FTP. No luck.

    Without the demo files, the site is meaningless to me so I will need to ask for a refund and move on to a competitor if I can’t get support very shortly.

    Your support is much appreciated.

    Hello again,

    I have once again deleted all the Enfold files from the web host, uninstalled/deleted the theme from the admin panel, re-extracted the file from a fresh zip file, reuploaded them, and reactivated Enfold. Now I get 7 pages but I still don’t get the image slider that we see in the default demo.

    In fact, I noticed that in the tutorial it shows a CTA for “import all data” at the top of the Enfold menu but this never showed up for me. Where is the root file for this?

    Can someone help?!

    No help from the moderators even after asking for my site login.

    Decided to create my own pages without relying on the sample pages.

    Would still like an answer on how to load the pages that I paid for as part of the package.

    Hi!

    So the demo is working fine for you now?

    The demo only includes two sample LayerSliders, “Enfold – most beautiful theme ever” and “Why Enfold – small header”.

    If your still having problems then let us know if we can try a demo import in your dashboard for testing. It will overwrite all of your current theme settings and import a lot of pages, posts, and images, etc, so keep that in mind.
