Hi, I’ve watched Devin Vinson’s Mega Menu Intro six times now and followed it to the letter, but it still won’t work for me. Here’s what I marked:
and this is the result — no Mega Menu:
What am I doing wrong?March 13, 2015 at 9:10 pm #411295Hi fotoLibrarian!
You need to create some more links and indent them under your columns. Also make sure that you select this menu to be displayed in the “Main Menu” area.
If your still having trouble then deactivate all plugins and send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

Did you indent or add another menu item under, for example, “Activies” or “Days Out”? Once you added more menu items under these “Column” ietms and “indented” them, you will have successfully created a mega menu. Please watch this video: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/setting-up-your-mega-menu/
Cheers!

Yes, I have done all that you suggested.
I had already watched the video six times before writing to you for support, because despite following the instructions to a T I still could not make it work.
I’ve now watched it a seventh time, and it still doesn’t work.
For some reason your theme is retaining an old menu in its memory. I cannot find a way to delete it.
I am starting afresh. I have manually deleted each individual menu link, saved the result, then deleted the entire blank menu.
Now I’m going to attempt to create a new menu from scratch.
However despite clearing my browser cache, I still see 21 menu items on each page, now displayed in three rows.

Next query — despite inputting the H1 title on the home page in U/LC or even entirely in LC, it only displays in CAPS, whatever font I select. I can’t find any CSS that specifies H1 will always be in CAPS.
Many thanks,Gwyn
March 17, 2015 at 4:34 pm #413063Hey!
I created a mega menu for you. Set it as Enfold Main Menu if you want to check it: http://www.harlech.org/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
Add this to the Quick CSS field to set the capitalization of the text to normal.
h2.av-special-heading-tag { text-transform: none; }
Cheers!
