Hi guys,
Hope you’re well! I’m testing out a new provider for our inventory search iFrame, and we’re running into issues with a popup saying domain doesn’t match. I have the proper domain in the settings on their backend and they said that testing on their end on their own site works fine. They said it’s likely something with the theme or wordpress.
Their advice is below:
“The website settings are correct, you can see product details in the page (so it succeeds getting the data), but there is something that causes repeated calls. Try making a new page without the master page and put within the code of advanced template and check if the problem continues??”
I don’t really understand their advice and am hoping you might understand and/or know how to solve this within enfold.
The staging url is below.
Thanks for your help!

It’s only happening on that page it looks like so it’s probably tied to that custom script your using in the page.
Try deactivating all plugins to see if it still happens. Also try switching to the default WordPress theme to see if it happens there.

Thank you for looking into this. It’s definitely the custom script as the problem only happens with it – that’s why I reached out. I’m trying to have the script work.
It is definitely a theme issue as it doesn’t happen with the default theme. Only enfold. Any idea how to get around it? It seems that the script doesn’t see itself as being on the right domain. Weird that it’s only when within enfold though.
Thank you for continuing to look into this.

I don’t know. There are no error warnings in the debug output. I would try contacting whoever created that script to see if they have an idea.

They’ve narrowed this down to a conflict with the Olark widget… so you’re off the hook :P
They will be fixing on their end so it works with my site.
Thanks for all your help!
Best,
