how can I increase the size of the round testimonial images by 50%?

add this line into your custom css file :
.avia-testimonial-image{width: 180px !important; height: 180px !important;}adjust as you like but as the size of the image is 180px do not make it bigger then 180px

Did you try @begrafiks suggestion and did you have any luck with it? You can paste the code in the Quick CSS box under Enfold–>General Styling.
