Enfold Theme conflict with Theme My Login?

Hi-
I am a long time fan of Enfold and have used this theme for many sites. I recently switched one of my clients to Enfold from another theme. We had been using Theme My Login plug in to bypass the WP login for customers and send them directly to their “My Account” page after submitting their credentials. After I switched to Enfold, I get an error message instead of the account page. When I switched back to the original theme or the 2015 theme the problem goes away. Any ideas?

I have a second issue, although not as urgent but possibly related. The WP top admin bar goes away after the homepage. This problem also resolves itself when I switch to another template. I have not encountered this on any other site running Enfold either.
