    Hi. I tried searching for this in the forum but came up empty.

    The contact form works on our site unless the sender is using a gmail address. Then we never receive it. I have installed Contact Form 7 to test and forms submitted from gmail accounts do arrive successfully.

    Thanks for any help with this.

    Have you verified that it does not end up in your spam folder?

    Yes, that was the first thing I asked the site owner. Also, regular emails sent from a gmail address do arrive. And all form submittals from a non-gmail address arrive. Very strange, I know.
