    I’m not receiving emails from the contact form.

    Have checked junk mail too not going in there.

    Please try using Contact Form 7 plugin and check if it works – https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

    Hi there

    I tried that but same problem. Emails still not coming through. I tried a different email account and it worked so there must be an issue with the hotmail email address coming from the website. All other direct emails are getting through though. What would be causing that?

    Hi!

    So it’s working with other email addresses but not your hotmail address? Are you sure there are no typos in the address? Also be sure to check your spam folder.

    Hi there

    We figured it out – my client was using a hotmail address on an American hosting service which apparently isn’t a goo combo. So she wasn’t receiving any emails from the website.

    We have changed email addresses and now all is working.
