    Hi there, I’m starting to feel like a stalker but I really need your help one more time.
    I inserted a mp4 file to my site but all I get is a black screen. The sound is good but the video itself just won’t show.
    I already updated everything to the latest version. How can I get this to work?

    I didn’t note any video on the page you linked, can you post a URL to the mp4 file so i can test it on my end?

    Hi Rikard,

    If I insert the video with:
    [playlist type="video" ids="..."]
    There is no video, only sound.

    So now I’ve inserted the video with a Youtube-link:
    [embed]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=...[/embed]
    That works.

    So issue solved with a workaround.
