When I Demo Import Photography Portfolio I dont have logo and menu in the left column like here:
http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-photography/What I must do to set logo and menu on the left side column like on demo site?

Please go to Enfold theme options > General Layout and choose to display header on Left Sidebar
