New website using Enfold

Hi,

I am building a new website using your amazing theme Enfold, and I would like to get from you some tips before I start.
First of all, my client wants something that look like this wordpress theme http://quanticalabs.com/Atrium/Template/ (which is by the way a one page template) but he wants it with internal pages.

I think I can use the Home V9 (videos & parallax) of Enfold in order to make something that look alike, but I have some questions :

1/ How can I build with Enfold a menu below the slider ? (see example above)
2/ How the menu go back to top header after scrolling? (see example above)
3/ How can I insert 3 social icons in my slider (see example above) ?

Please advice how you would have build something like this !
