I am making changes to the menu through APPEARANCE -> MENUS but the changes don’t show up. I’ve tried clearing the cache and cookies and accessing with a different browser. Still doesn’t change.
March 8, 2015 at 7:00 am #407629Help me. I also couldn’d save for any chansing of menu page. For example, Although I changed the photograpy of the exsist page, the changing was not saved. So if I check the preview, of course it didn’ work for the changing. WordPress version is 4.1.1. Enfold version is 3.0.8.

Did you try to deactivate all plugins to see if that helps? If not, please provide us with temporary admin logins so that we can take a closer look. You can post them here as private replies.
Cheers!

Please ask your hosting provider to increase the php values for you. I’m sure they can help. You can also increase it in the .htaccess file located in the wp root directory: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/increase-max_input_vars-value-and-htaccess
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 11, 2015 at 4:54 am #409656Ok this is what I have in my htaccess file:
# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]

March 11, 2015 at 4:02 pm #409911Hi
I couldn’t find .htaccess file. Where is it? Could you check it out in my site?
March 12, 2015 at 1:19 am #410241Hi, I am experiencing the same issue. When I change the menu, the changes are not reflected in my menu bar. If I completely delete all menus the pages that are published, still appear in the menu (they can only be removed by putting the page back to draft). I can adjust the ORDER of pages appearing on the menu by changing the order number (when edited the actual page) but I cannot control the menu.
Please advise – Thank you!!

March 12, 2015 at 9:58 am #410358Hi!
@Rechard777 the .htaccess file is located in the root folder of your WordPress installation. Please ask your hosting provider for further help if you can’t locate it.
@lizjacksonla please make sure that that you tick the corresponding check box where you want to display your menu. Go to Appearance–>Menus and select the menu you want to display, then tick the box Enfold Main or Enfold Secondary Meny box under the menu items, depending on where you want the menu to display, then save and reload your site.Best regards,

If I delete the menus – menu buttons (for pages) still appear on menu bar.If I add a menu by going to appearance -> menus and selecting the menu I would like to display – it is ignored. If I click away from the menu selection – my choice is erased.
I have tried refreshing my site,
I have increased the following:
php_value suhosin.post.max_vars 8000
php_value suhosin.request.max_vars 8000Please advise – thank you!

Any update?March 14, 2015 at 5:30 pm #411532Hi,
To anyone who is currently having this problem:I had NO menu problems with any other wordpress theme.
I had to delete the Enfold theme and re-install ONLY the wordpress files.
So far, this seems to have fixed the problem.
have a great day!
March 16, 2015 at 4:50 am #411848Hey lizjacksonla!
Did you try to activate Enfold again after you got it solved?
Best regards,
RikardMarch 18, 2015 at 11:25 pm #414036Hi,
I have not recieved your advice for the followong thing. I have the issue still now. Please give me your advice.
I created the file, .htaccess including the following but the issue was not solved.
php_value max_input_vars 2000Could you check it out?
March 19, 2015 at 1:51 am #414078I am having the same issue also. When I try adding new menu items, 90% of the time they are ignored and enfold automatically resets my menu choice and unchecks the “enfold main menu” checkbox. I tried disabling all plugins, still doesn’t work. When I change to a different theme (twenty fifteen for example) I can add all menu items just fine. But when I switch back to enfold, it keeps deleting my work and removing the items I add.
When I check the “enfold main menu” checkbox and press save, it has reset my menu again and the “enfold main menu” box has been unchecked.Help?
March 19, 2015 at 1:49 pm #414362Hi!
@Rechard777: I was able to add a new menu item “My Shop” to your main menu. Please kindly remove that after checking. http://la-bellefleur.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php
@fandragon: Please open a new thread. Add the url of the site. Make sure that you have the latest version of the theme, 3.1, running on WordPress 4.1.1.Cheers!

March 19, 2015 at 3:24 pm #414493Hi
Could you change the photo in “about” page? I can’t change any photo in any pages as the following file.
http://la-bellefleur.com/ScreenShot.xlsxMarch 20, 2015 at 5:03 pm #415396Hi!
@Rechard777, Your getting a lot of javascript errors. Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. This will ensure all of the files are updated and working properly.Regards,

I don’t think that world press is bad because the other theme don’t have any problems.
Could you explain the root course of the problem? -
