Hello Support,
I’m using LayerSlider WP on the homepage. I’ve used the iframe from YouTube to place a video in one of the slides.
However, it is just a grey placeholder box – instead of the video image.

Is there a way to have the YouTube placeholder image show-up?

Hi!
Paste the code your using here and we’ll test it on our end.
Make sure Enfold is updated and all plugins are deactivated while testing.

Elliott
Hello Elliot/Support,
Here’s the code:
<iframe width="420" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/F2Rph7FJHRg?rel=0&showinfo=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
I am using two slides; this is on slide #2. I am using the “HTML/Video/Audio” tab. The image placeholder shows up in “static” mode – but doesn’t load when I preview in the admin or on the front end.

Hey Greg!
This user had the same issue and he fixed it by setting a bigger thumbnail image in the YouTube video:

Cheers!
