    Current version: Enfold 2.9.1
    Wordpress version 4.1.1
    Contact form 7

    Website built with earlier version (don;t remember version#) of Enfold in Aug 2014, has been running smoothly for a while. After upgrade to Enfold version 2.9.1 and WordPress 4.1.1 in Oct 2014, following issues showed up:
    1. Slider (image and video) on About Us page disappear
    2. Progress bar on About US page disappear
    2. Slider (image and video) on individual product page disappear
    3. all 3 Contact forms on CONTACT US page disappear

    Please advise how to address the problem. Thanks.

    Hi First!

    You’ll need to update to the latest version of Enfold which is 3.0.8.

    Hi,

    I attempted to use FTP as per your video to update theme but the website went blank after I drag the new version in. I tried to update in the WordPress admin backend of our website under Enfold theme updates. Message shows “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (2.9.1)”

    I located the problem. Now I am able to update the theme through the WordPress admin. Problem fixed.
