    Hi Guys

    I have two issues that are concerning me:
    1. Every time I share a post on Facebook a random image from the sidebar is shown. This is quite an issue as the shown image doesn’t have anything to do with the content of the post. I would like to show the featured image of the post every time I share them on FB. How do I achieve this?
    2. Is it possible to enhance the size of an image on a portfolio item when I click on it? Lightbox?

    Hey Carolina!

    1. Install the WordPress SEO plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/, and then navigate to Dashboard > SEO > Social and make sure the “open graph meta data” setting is checked.

    2. Edit the portfolio grid shortcode and find the option for “Link Handling”. You can change this to have the images open up in a popup when clicked on.

    Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately it doesn’t work.

    1. I installed the recommended WordPress SEO plugin and made sure the “open graph meta data” setting was checked.
    If I share a post is still shows me a random picture from the sidebar instead of the featured image of the post.

    2. Weather the Masonry nor the Portfolio Grid don’t have the option for “Link Handling” at all when I edit them.

    This is quite annoying. :-(

    Hi!

    1.) Please give us a link to a post with the issue. We would like to check.

    2.) Are you sure? The portfolio grid element should have that option by default. If you want to change the lightbox thumbnail size, adjust the Large thumbnail’s width and height value on Settings > Media panel. Regenerate the thumbnails or upload them again.

    Thank you for your answer. I have bought the Enfold theme several times for many pages and I am aways very happy with the quick support I receive from your part. :-)

    1. The problem still is that if I share a post it shows me a random picture from the sidebar on Facebook instead of the featured image of the post.
    This concerns all posts. For example

    2. On the single portfolio items I would like the image to expand when I click on it. Yes, I am sure that I wish this effect.

    Hi!

    1.) In wordpress-seo plugin go to “social” tab/options: http://www.clipular.com/c/5678826713513984.png?k=2EpKGdnQl0mtbk_vvn_O5O2cfYY to specify some content for the social sharing services (description, image for facebook and google+, etc.).

    2.) When you set an image, scroll down to “Image link?”. There you can choose to open it in a lightbox.
    If it doesn’t work please provide us admin access so we can take a deeper look into it. Post login details here as a private reply.
