    Hi Support

    For some reason the advanced layer slider and partner logo element keep reverting to the image original size as opposed to the size set? Making the images Huge and overlapping etc. This is the second time it has happened… there is the website for you to see what i mean, im not sure why this keeps happening? how do i fix this?

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 3.0.8 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    It sounds like you are using an older version of the theme.

    Hi Yigit, same issue occurred again… unfortunately there are no available updates? what should i do now? and any ideas why this keeps happening?

    Hey!

    The problem with the partner logo element in your page is, the images have different size and proportions. You’re expecting the images to resize automatically. Look at the demo, http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/, scroll at the very bottom of the page to see the logo/partner slider element. The slider doesn’t look that consistent by accident. All the logo images have been resized to a uniform dimension (705x350px) before using them in the element.

    Hi Ismael,

    i have re-sized them in wordpress, not the original image when uploaded but in the media section after uploading, the accordion slider also gives issues and the image sizes in the layer slider also give issues, the thing is it was all working perfectly before but now is a mess for some reason?

    Ok so i have tried to re insert the images in the layer and i think i have found the problem… the image in the media file says the image is whatever size by 85 px, but when i try insert the image again it makes the image huge? also a whole bunch of images in the previewer appear as those blank images but they are in my media library, so i think the layer slider and the partner logo element are having problems reading the database or something?

    Hey!

    The theme automatically creates a set of thumbnails for each image that you use. Please resize the logo images before uploading them to the media library so that the theme can create consistent thumbnail sizes. Resizing them directly in the WordPress media editor is not going to work.
