problem with top menu. Limited options?

I have a website with Enfold template that works ok .
I made a cloning to another server with WPClone and installs ok but does not allow changes in the top menu.
I added a page on one of the menus and not only not saved but it is unconfigured all, MegaMenu and footer and header are unmarked and not allowed to dial back.

I created a whole new menu but I have found that what happens is that it leaves include more options. Upon reaching the number 65 if you add some more unconfigures everything and adds .
