Hi!
Ok, so I notice when I upload an image through Media, several size images get created.
That is kind of a pain, if I were to upload a slider image or etc, and I get a bunch of different sizes.
What is the reason for that? Also is there any downfall to disabling it?

That makes sense.
Just a couple of questions based on this:1. I noticed that some of the images I upload that have decent quality loose some of the quality when cropped. Is there a solution to that?
2. Using a child theme, that a developer created for me, does this automatically still choose the best image size? I just want to make sure that he did not disable anything to make that not work.
