    Hi.

    I am subscribed to the enfold forum and had been receiving daily posts via email. but since yesterday i am no longer receiving all the forum posts. the only thing i am receiving are replies to my individual posts.

    i did not change anything in my profile and i can’t see any option/tick box to resolve this.

    i tried unsubscribing then resubscribing to the forum – but this didn’t work.

    can you please advise?

    Hi!

    I noticed that you have subscribed to the whole enfold forum instead of just a few threads. would you mind trying to disable the subscriprion from the forum to see if you then get mails for individual threads?

    thanks for your reply.

    i tried your suggestion and it did nothing.

    to be clear – i am receiving replies to my unique forum posts but what has changed is that when i initially created my account and subscribed to the forum (the whole forum) i received all the posts made daily as individual emails plus replies to my unique forum posts. now, i’m only receiving replies to my own posts and nothing else.

    i’d prefer to receive all the forum posts as reading what others write in about has proved invaluable in constructing my own site.

    can you please help me reset my account so that i continue to receive all the daily posts?

    Not sure why this happens and does not work any longer for you. I will do a few tests and let you know if I can reproduce/fix the problem.
