    Hi

    I noticed that the behaviour of the mega menu in responsive mode (iphone 5) is different than normal menus. It is hidden to the side of the screen and can be seen when you push the page to the left. Is this supposed to be like this or have I made some error.

    #wrap_all { position: relative !important; }

    I got the same issue.
    Is this something that will be fixed in the next update, or do i need to do this on every Enfold installation i have ever made?

    Please go to Enfold theme options > General Styling tab and scroll down below and add the code to Quick CSS field
