    Hi,

    The customizer is not showing up. If you click on appearance > customize, nothing shows up. Need help in getting this resolved.

    Hi,

    I found out that Gravity forms is conflicting with this. Very strange. It should play nice with Enfold shouldn’t it?

    Hi,

    I also spoke to Gravity Forms support and I’ve determined that when activated with the theme. The customizer no longer works.

    By following these instuctions, I activated the default 2015 wordpress theme with Gravity Forms turned on and the customizer worked. When I switched to the Enfold child theme, the customizer no longer works.

    Please help with troubleshooting this.

    Hey!

    What do you mean by “Customizer”? Is it the Appearance > Customize panel? Unfortunately, you can’t build a page using the customizer if Enfold is activated. Build the page using the theme’s Advance Layout Builder and Enfold > Theme Options.

    Yes..that is correct. I’m well aware of the fact that Enfold does not use the “Customize panel”. However, other plugins do such as Ubermenu. It allows me to see what is going is going with the changes that I’m making to the Ubermenu visually.

    Hi!

    I’m really sorry but that’s how the Enfold theme works. The theme is built without utilizing the “Customizer” panel.

    You may want to specify this with respect to using Ubermenu so that people will know.
