Fresh Enfold – css not loading with "elements"

Hi
I purchased an Enfold Theme. Its very nice in use.

I just started and have a problem. When I create new “page” in WP and elements there is no style css on them.
I have no idea why it happens.
I used element: Team member and testimonials and both hows only html without style
In other case i put element Progres bars and it didnt work with styles , after that i remove elements added befeore this one and when only this one stay css started to work
