Flagged file "Crystal.txt" in plug-in Securi Security Plug-in

I’ve installed a security plug-in, Securi Security, and it’s stating the following, and giving these 2 files below as questionable files that need to be checked:

FILE NAME(S):
wp-includes/images/crystal/license.txt

There’s also another file named:
wp-config-sample.php

Can you please tell me if these files are part of the Enfold theme or not?
