Transparent header – slim menu background

Hello, I use the transparent header – I would like to make the menu look like this:

I added
.main_menu {
    background-color: #fff;
    height: 56px;
    line-height: 30px;
   
}
.av-main-nav > li {
    margin-top: -60px;
}

When I scroll my website the menu moves out of the browser frame.
Can you help me with this
