demo content question

HI.

I am new to coding with wordpress and I’m very confused about working with the demo content and customizations.

I love your demo content and i have imported the one-page restaurant demo. I would like to use the restaurant demo’s frontpage as a reference/under-the-hood guide while working on a separate page.

that said, i do understand the concept of working with a ‘theme’ – in that changing theme style attributes affects all pages served by the theme but i’m hoping there is a way around this.

a way to have this demo page’s stylization remain intact to use as a reference while I’m customizing another page?
