Tagged: white screen
After activating the Enfold theme we got the white screen on both the front end and admin. Deleting the theme brought us back to our default, “Twenty Fifteen.”
All plugins were / are deactivated.
Current WP version is 4.1.1
Both “Twenty Fifteen” and “Twenty Fourteen” themes work.
File permissions checked.
.htaccess file checked, changed, tested , deleted, tried everything.
I had tried to install Enfold via WP admin but it would not install there. FTP showed that zero Enfold files existed in the Themes folder, so I then FTP’d the theme.
URL and login credentials included in the private content section.
Thanks :)

Hi Josue,
I called godaddy and they want me to deal with the issue via php.ini
I am a freelancer and have registered here with my client’s credentials / purchase code for Enfold and do not have access to the client’s customer number (it’s too late at night to get it from my client) so they won’t help me much. I’m on my own tonight and not sure how to proceed. The link that you sent has info that is far too confusing to me.
I’m very confused as to why I can use any other theme. I just installed one shown in WP Admin (repository) and it installed and activated with no issues.
