Hi guys,
None of the videos in any of the sliders are displaying on mobile. A couple of links below as examples:
http://foodvacuumsealers.com.au/unika-by-munro/
http://foodvacuumsealers.com.au/lava-v300-white-limited-edition/
Using latest WP, latest Enfold version, using a child theme, LayerSlider is bundled with theme so I can’t install latest LayerSlider in case that’s the issue.
Please advise why or how I can fix this? Client is on my case about this.
Thanks

I couldn’t figure out which version your using. If it’s not 3.0.8 then be sure to update to the latest version. Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.
Best regards,

I am using the latest version as per my original post; v3.0.8. I’ve updated all the child themes to reflect this version.
I have 3 sites using Enfold for the same client:
http://foodvacuumsealers.com.au – see Unika by Munro page.
http://foodvacuumsealers.co.nz – see Unika by Munro page.
http://magicvac.com.au – Maxima video is halfway down the page on this site.I’ve deactivated plugins one-byone and tested, nothing is causing a conflict that I can identify.
Please advise as the layerslider on mobile does not show any videos on any of the above sites.
Thanks

Unfortunately, if I am not mistaken, flash objects won’t work on iPhone or any apple products. Did you test it on an iPhone or iPad? http://www.iphonefaq.org/archives/9730
Try to generate a video shortcode by using the shortcode wand or use the new youtube iframe embed code.

You’ll need to use the new iframe code that youtube gives you when you click on the “Share” button on your video page. You can also try our video shortcode like Ismael suggested. It uses the mediaelementjs script.
You can grab the code to use when you edit one of your pages. Make sure the default editor is displayed and not the advanced layout builder and then in the tinyMCE bar where all of the buttons are displayed there should be one that looks like a magic wand. You can use that to insert our shortcodes.

The shortcode wand (black wand with an awesome skyblue sparkle) is the theme’s default shortcode generator. You can see it above the default text editor. Click it, go to Media Elements then insert the Video shortcode. Create a slider layer for the shortcode. Please post the login details here so that we can inspect it. Set it as a private reply.

We created a slider test using the video shortcode here: http://foodvacuumsealers.com.au/wp-admin/admin.php?page=layerslider&action=edit&id=30
You can see it in action here: http://foodvacuumsealers.com.au/test-video/
You can adjust the video size on Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS field:
.layer-video-container .avia-video.avia-video-16-9 .avia-iframe-wrap { width: 500px !important; height: 300px !important; }
The video is playing on mobile device, personally checked on an iPod touch.

1.) It’s only a test page. It only proves that the shortcode works. Of course, you need to edit it to match the current slider.
2.) Try to deactivate all plugins except woocommerce. See if that helps.
Cheers!
