How to add a description under a menu item in a mega menu?

You can add a new link with description in Navigation Label and with # for URL and make it sublevel menu item of “Products” menu item for example.

Try adding this to Quick CSS:

#wp-admin-bar-site-name{display:none !important;}

This will hide the option in the topbar when viewing the page itself. If you want to remove it from the sidebar on the backend, try reading this tread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/completely-hide-but-do-not-disable-the-enfold-theme-admin-options-section/
