Hi there,
I have a problem with 2 images on https://www.insanayatirim.com/kariyerini-planla-universiteli/ page if we open that page from iPhone 5S. I checked it from 2 different iPhone 5S and I experienced same issue. No problem with Androids.
What’s wrong with it?
Thanks,

February 11, 2015 at 11:58 am #394236Hey Orhan!
That’s strange, i couldn’t reproduce the issue on my end (iOS simulator), perhaps it’s a network specific issue, were both iPhones connected to the same network?

JosueFebruary 11, 2015 at 3:06 pm #394366Hi Josue,
Thanks for your reply. Nope, they were connected to different network.
If you have a chance, I suggest you to try it with a real device. I also have no error when I check it with simulators but have with phone.
Thanks,

I can reproduce the issue on my end. Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

YigitFebruary 11, 2015 at 3:30 pm #394383Hi Yigit,
I de-activated all plugins, cleared cache and also cdn cache and checked it again. Nothing changed. There must be another problem.
Thanks,

I see Internal Server Error 500 on your page. Have you contacted your service provider regarding the issue?
Best regards,
YigitFebruary 11, 2015 at 4:15 pm #394412I saw that error before. We’re working on it. The hosting server belongs to us :)
February 12, 2015 at 12:33 pm #394939But it is not possible that 500 Int Server Error create this error, right?
February 13, 2015 at 6:16 pm #395930Hi!
I’m also seeing the 500 error. I see a couple of 404 not found errors on some of your images also. Are you sure deactivating all plugins and clearing your browser cache does not fix it?
I would try contacting your hosting provider about this to see what they say.

ElliottFebruary 13, 2015 at 6:26 pm #395938Hi Elliott!
Thanks for your reply.
I’m can see my webpage from different networks without a problem. I’m also seeing that page without a problem from all other devices. But what I’m asking is why is that occurs with iPhone 5s?
If it is related to my hosting, why other images are appearing well?
See you!
OrhanFebruary 13, 2015 at 8:18 pm #395989I found the problem. It was related to Turkish characters in names of uploaded images. Fixed
