    Hallo!

    Ich nutze Enfold 3.0.5 und die kostenfreie Version von Digimember 2.0. Ist beides aktiv, so stürzt Digimember ab und das Dashboard wird total langsam. Wir haben auch schon Enfold deaktiviert und ein Standardtheme aktiviert. Dann funktionierte Digimember einwandfrei.

    Habt ihr eine Idee an was das liegen könnte. Eine Dekaktivierung der Plugins brachte keine Verbesserung.

    Can we see the website? Note that we don’t usually provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. Your best shot is to contact the plugin author.

    :-) if I have to contact digimember, we now have a deadlock. Digimember says, that I have to contact the theme support.

    Hey!

    The thing is, we’re not familiar with the plugin. We can only provide support for basic aesthetic modifications and theme related issues. Unfortunately, third party plugins is beyond the scope of support. I’m sorry but you might need to hire a freelance developer who has enough experience with the plugin.

    Hey Ismael,

    we found out, that Digimember has problems with pages where the advacend editor is used. We use the standard editor for pages which are
    protected by digimember.
