    Hi – I posted this last week, and it seemed to resolve itself, but now it’s happening again. When I try to insert an image from the media library, the popup is blank. No changes were made over the weekend so not sure what is happening.

    I tried de-activating all plugins and it still doesn’t work. When I switch to the default twentyfifteen theme, it DOES work.

    Hey annebetts!

    Try updating Enfold to 3.0.8 (your currently using 3.0.4) and then deactivate all of your plugins to see what happens.

    Yes! it was just one page and found a script embedded in a text box that was conflicting. Thanks for your help.
