Hello
I found this article which has helped : http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/

But This places the sidebar below the main menu. My site uses header style where the menu is below the logo so this is good but it doesnt give me the location I need which is to the right of the logo, above the menu.

Can anyone help me?

I don’t think you need a sidebar to add some text beside the logo. Please refer to these links for a possible fix:

That works. I wanted widget in case the client wants to update the text. But no worries. This should do!
