    Hey nafets25!

    Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    If doing the above two steps does not help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Hey!

    You have a typo in your Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Options > Google Analytics Tracking Code setting. You need to copy the full code that Google Analytics gives you and then paste it inside that option and save.

    Hey Elliott,

    many thanks for your response. But i have no Problem with Analytics. The lightbox is not working on my page.
    After deactivate all plugins, delete enfold and uploading a fresh copy i have the same problem as before.

    Hi!

    The problem is a javascript error which is from the code your using in the Google Analytics field. If you remove all of the code you have in that field and save you’ll see that it works.

    When Google Analytics gives you the code to use you need to copy and paste all of it and not just the UA code.
