Contact form – Send email to user filling the form

Hello Enfold team,

I’ve read some topics about Enfold contact form and emails but it’s not quite clear in my head.

It’s about the autorespond text.
It’s supposed to send this text to the email given par the user of the form, if there is an “e-mail” field in this form.
Am i right about this ?

If this is right, i do receive the form submitted on the admin email(s), but the user doesn’t receive autorespond text.
Any idea why ?
