Immediately following update to Enfold 3.0.8 when entering checkout page with items in cart the checkout summary and payment methods have disappeared. See attached screen shots. I have worked about 16 hours to get this resolved to no avail. Disabled all plugins except wc, re-installed wc, and every possible scenario including recreating the WC pages, disabling/flushing caches etc.### Environment ### Home URL: http://www.werenuts.com Site URL: https://www.werenuts.com WC Version: 2.2.11 WC Database Version: 2.2.11 WP Version: 4.1 WP Multisite Enabled: No Web Server Info: Apache PHP Version: 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.15 MySQL Version: 5.5.40 WP Active Plugins: 21 WP Memory Limit: 96 MB WP Debug Mode: No WP Language: en_US WP Max Upload Size: 8 MB PHP Post Max Size: 8 MB PHP Time Limit: 3600 PHP Max Input Vars: 1000 SUHOSIN Installed: No Default Timezone: Default timezone is UTC fsockopen/cURL: Your server has fsockopen and cURL enabled. February 3, 2015 at 10:10 pm #390408This issue may very well be linked to WP installs hosted on the WP Engine. Standing by as issue be resolved but will leave thread intact and post details of resolution for future reference.
February 4, 2015 at 10:04 pm #390953Hey!
Alrighty. It would be best to get in contact with them and also Woocommerce support to see if they know what’s going on.
Did you update WordPress at the same time? If so then try activating the default WordPress theme to see if the problem happens there as well. Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.
Best regards,
ElliottFebruary 4, 2015 at 10:09 pm #390955Thanks for responding Elliot. Yes, I followed the standard debugging protocol deactivating plugins, theme switch etc. to no avail. It seems WP Engine’s Object Caching had issues with the latest version/combination of Enfold, WooCommerce, & WP. If anyone else experiences the same issue and is hosting on WP Engine it’s “Object Caching” on their end that causes the issue. Thanks again Elliot.
