    Hi Enfold Team

I know that you are not responsible for a conflict between a third-party plugin and Enfold. However, in this case, there is a conflict–but only when I deactivate the plugin. The plugin in question is Userpro, which I deactivated. But when I did so, the site became broken. Sliders stopped working, columns were misaligned, etc. Because I no longer want to use Userpro and because I’ve never heard of a theme breaking upon a non-dependent plugin’s deactivation, I am addressing the issue to you.

    As always, thanks!

    Hey foreigner!

Thank you for using our theme.

    Did you already try to:

    – switch to a standard WP Theme
    – uninstall that plugin
    – reactivate Enfold

If you do not mind loosing your settings you can also try to uninstall Enfold and reinstall it again after uninstalling the plugin (or export the settings and import them again).

    Regards,
    Günter

    Hi Günter

Of the three, the one thing I haven’t tried is uninstalling the plugin–for fear it’ll leave the site crippled. I may have no other choice, though, but I’ll look further at the tables in the db first.

UserPro is actually a good plugin–I just don’t have a need for it anymore. The theme–definitely.

    Thanks again!

    Hi!

You needed to disable “Private Messages Add-on for UserPro” too.

    Josue
