To keep it short and simple: What I am looking to do is only offer the contact form for Reservations, or any form for that matter, to be filled out without a user signing in first.
After that I want to pass the user information like name or email to the form field I create in ENFOLD theme. This way when a user is logged in they can send forms without having to fill in the fields, the forms would know it is the user like an App.
Can you please help me or point me to the correct place for help.

That customization would take a lot of time and code and would have to be considered custom work. It would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with this customization.
I’m not sure if gravity forms or the contact form 7 plugins have this feature but you could check those out as well.
