    Hi, tried to update theme and wordpress, it all went fine but I had a message saying automated wordpress update incomplete, I clicked the link to re-install and got an error saying site down for scheduled maintenance. go daddy talked me through reinstalling wordpress but a new error message appeared which they insist is an error with the theme, it reads:

    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method AviaHelper::list_menus() in G:\PleskVhosts\silverspiritdesigns.co.uk\httpdocs\wp-content\themes\enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\menu.php on line 49

    Hi isquaremedia!

    Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. That should take care of the error your getting.

    Did you try to see if you get the same error if one of the default themes is active?

    Hi!


    @isquaremedia    , It says your using Enfold 2.8.1. If you completely deleted it before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest then you should be on the latest version, 3.1.5. Also, you need to update WordPress as well.


    @grantnieddu    , Are you sure WordPress and Enfold are updated to their latest versions? If so then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.
