We recommend the WordPress SEO plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/.
I’m not familiar with “Local SEO” but it looks like they have a plugin for that as well which you can purchase, https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/local-seo/.
