Full screen post slider? and Auto-Refreshing on loop?

I’m sorry if this touches on repeated topics – I can’t seem to get to a resolution on this, and I’m a very new wordpress user / web developer wannabee.

I simply what to use the/a post slider to produce a live-updating slide show of posted images. However, I have two questions:

(a) Can it be made to be full-screen, like the full page slider within the enfold theme? The full page slider obviously only takes static images and not images from posts. If not then is there a good plugin slider that you can suggest?

(b) Is there a way to get the slider to auto-refresh before looping? In other words, as new posts are submitted to the blog and therefore new images are available I’d like the slider to pick them up without the user having to reload the page.

The use case is simple. Users will be submitting photos as they are taken, and each will be entered as a post. The slider will then show a live liveshow that will not only loop but each time through will pick up any new photos that have been submitted since the last loop (or some variation of that would be fine as well – I just don’t want to have to refresh the page manually to get the new images to be added to the slideshow).

I’ve been pulling my hair out for two days and frustrated. I used to be able to use 3rd party sites (e.g., Google Photos) for this functionality but the functionality is no longer supported on the sites I’ve used in the past.
