    Hi,
    Firstly, thanks for updating the theme.
    Is it recommended to import the demo (dummy data) in the parent theme or the child theme?

    [ Are these the steps?
    1. Activate Enfold Theme
    2. Import Demo
    3. Activate Child Theme and edit it ]

    or Is it better to create site from scratch with the theme to avoid junk files?

    Thank you for using our theme.

    I would recommend to import it in the child theme, if you want to work with a child theme and use elements of the demo.
