HI,
On this site cfcnorge.com, I am now unable to update the feature images on my portfolio items, such as on this page:
. I am also having trouble on a sister site with not being able to update content on the tabs on this page . On both sites I can make the changes but the changes do not take place – the feature image does not show up. I noticed when I choose the image that there is a “broken image” as the first image every time. I am trying to choose the second image you see in this sceenshot: http://imgur.com/DZm2sEj.I recently installed the latest WP update as well as the enfold fix. I did not see these issues before the update. It’s very frustrating and my client is WAITING…
Any help will be totally appreciated.

ok I have no idea why but just now I was able to update the feature image on , but am still not able to update the team member tabs on the site. Any ideas??

So the page is updating fine but your not seeing the results on the front end correct? This sounds like a caching problem. Try deactivating all of your plugins and then view in a different browser to see if the changes display then.
Send us a WordPress login if your still having problems and we’ll take a look.

No the problem is the page doesn’t update – I get a blank page and a warning that if I reload it will resubmit data, but it’s always blank. When I go back to the edit page, the changes I made are gone :(- This reply was modified 9 years, 10 months ago by Munford.

Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If your still having problems then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.
