Can't use Avia Layout Builder after installing Enfold on sub-domain

Hi there,

I just installed the Enfold theme on a separate sub-domain of my site because I think that handling my personal blog somewhat separately from the site for my business could make sense.

I installed WordPress and the Enfold theme and everything seemed to be working just as it should. But when I tried to create a home page for my blog using the Avia Layout Builder, it won’t open. I tried to enable the Avia Layout Builder in the Screen Options as per a suggestion in the forum, but they won’t open either or if they do, the Avia Layout Builder isn’t listed in there.

I also noticed that in the widget area, I can’t drag available widgets to populate certain widget areas such as the footer, but I am able to do so using the customizer.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled the Enfold theme using FTP, but to no avail. It’s still the same.

Moreover, I noticed that in this installation, the WordPress favicon on the tab in Firefox is sort of greyed out, whereas in the installation of my main site, it’s blue.

Where am I going wrong here? Again I never got any error message during the installation of either WordPress or the Enfold theme.
