Hello,
I am very new to this theme and building websites through wordpress. I have inherited a website that currently has just a landing page. On that page there is a place to enter a name and an email address for people that are interested in when our site launches. I have tested the form from outside of wordpress and it gives me a “thank you” after I hit the submit button, but when I look for the email in my inbox, it never comes. I really need help because I need this up an running ASAP. I have looked at other threads and saw that people were downloading the plugins “Contact Form 7” and “Easy WP STMP.” I can’t figure out how to use them and to make sure they are formatted in the same way as the default form for the enfold theme.
Is there anyone out there that can help me please?!

This is usually a problem with your hosting provider so first off you should contact them and let them know your having email problems.
Make sure to double check your email address for typos and that you check your spam folder.
If your still not receiving any then try installing the contact form 7 and WP SMTP plugins and send some test emails with those to see if you receive any that way. It’s to help us troubleshoot the problem.

My contact form works fine, but I need some more functionality. I would like the website to track all the people that have contacted via website, and have a basic dashboard that would show this information:
– names of the people who have contacted us,
– time when they contacted,
– e-mails,
– the content of the message.
Currently Enfold doesn’t show this information. Could you please advise me how to solve this situation? Do you know a good and compatible plugin that would help me out? Thank you in advance.Regards,
