    Hi –
I am having a number of problems with the contact form. Emails were not arriving in my inbox with an email address connected to Google Apps that works fine being sent from outside email clients. There is no trace of these emails. I fixed this by installing wpMandrill. But there is a recurring problem with the contact form installed with Enfold: if someone inputs a yahoo.com email address it never arrives. my host, wpengine, says the issue is for some reason the form is trying to authenticate against the yahoo servers which is rejecting them. how can i remedy this? it’s an issue if the contact form doesn’t work. we never know when someone has tried to contact us via our website.

    Hey blankonblank!

Try installing the contact form 7 plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/, and the WP SMTP plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/, and send some test emails with those to see if they arrive.

    Cheers!
