    Hi,
    I am having problems with all page builder and page edits on the Enfold Theme. I was experiencing the spinning and spinning of the Page Builder, so I updated to 4.01 and since then, I get NOTHING. When I click to edit a page, I get a blank screen. I cannot update the Theme via the admin page. I have disabled all plugins and the site can still not be modified.

    Please help

    Hi arudzinski!

    You most likely need to update Enfold. See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

    The latest version is 3.0.4. Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.

    HI,

    I have updated the theme, deleted all of the plug-ins, and re-installed wordpress and still I am not getting the edit page to open at all. The page is completed blank. I am not sure what else to do at this point.

    I was able to resolve the problem myself. The steps I took were to first verify that the issue was infact a theme only issue. Therefore, I activated the TwentyTwelve theme to verify I could edit pages as well as the theme settings.

    I went ahead and did a re-install of the latest wordpress files, just to make sure everything was in place….
    Then…
    I then logged on to the web server where the files are stored via FTP. I downloaded (saved a copy) of my entire wp-contents folder.
    I then deleted the theme found under wp-content->themes->enfold. I deleted the entire enfold directory.
    I then logged in the admin panel of my wordpress site, went to Add Theme, uploaded the latest theme zip file and did an install. Once the theme was installed, I activated the theme, and everything worked properly again.
    A pain, but, it worked.
