    Hi, think I’ve seen other threads with similar issue but no solution that pertains to my specific problem.
    Here goes: I’ve been testing the enfold contact form pointed to my admin email but I’m not receiving anything.
    Strangely when I changed the email address to any other domain, I receive them perfectly fine.

    The site is hosted by hostgator and they claim it’s not their problem. The specific admin email address is receiving other emails and sending out emails smoothly without problem, hence they pointed the problem to the WP (wordpress) theme.

    I’m not sure, as it works with any other emails, why it doesn’t work with the email add that I would like all enquiries to be sent to?

    Hi wildbrid!

    Try installing the contact form 7 plugin or the WP SMTP plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/, and send a test email with those to see if you receive it.

    Be sure to double check for any typos in your email and check your spam folder as well.

    @limedrop    , Are you receiving emails from the two plugins I listed in my previous post? Have you contacted your hosting provider?
