    I need to change the colour of certain blocks of text and headers but can’t find an easy way to do this – please help!

    Hi abifield1!

    You can activate custom CSS field for ALB elements ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/ ) and give your elements custom classes. If you can post the link to your website and point out the elements, we can provide you custom CSS codes.

    Hi!

    You can go to Colors tab to change the colors on both Text Block and Special Heading elements – http://i.imgur.com/cszudSc.png
    If you cannot see colors tab, you may be using an older version of the theme. Please make sure that you are using the latest version 3.0.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Yigit!

    I have checked and I am definitely running the latest version but I cannot see the colours tab! I have no idea what is going wrong! Any ideas?

    You are currently using Enfold 2.9.1 and older version of WordPress. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.4 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    and WordPress to 4.1

    Hi Yigit

    For some reason the colours tab in the text box doesn’t appear on windows explorer but does in Chrome – wierd!

    Also, for some reason I can’t get the social icons to link up – I want to use the teitter and linkedin icons and have put in my pages URL to each account but they won’t connect – any ideas why?

    Sorry Yigit, regardless of what you can see your end my social icons aren’t working. I know I have the link correct as they work fine when I put them into the ‘social profiles’ page but the links do not work when I paste them manually into the link on the icons that I have selected to represent my social media.
    Also, for some reason the ‘scroll’ function on a background image in a colour block now no longer works since I updated to the latest theme whereas it did before.
    This is getting frustrating! Please help

    This is how scroll should work. You may want to set it to “fixed” if you would like to have as “The office” section here – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/pages/team/

    Hi Yigit

    The problem isn’t with the social icons in the socket – I know these work as these are the ones that come from my ‘social profiles’ pages as I explained above. The problem is with the social icons when you simply add an icon to the page and set a link manually. The icons are on the screencast you did just above the office picture – I have a twitter and linkenin icon. I know the links are correct as they work when you click on the social icons in the socket but they don’t work when I simply want to add an icon into a page???
