Hi,
I’ve imported Restaurant demo, but I would like to add a contact form, in addition to Reservations, but when I add the contact form, it only appears the Send button, not the complete form with name, email or subject. How can I resolve it? Thanks

Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.0.4. See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
